We are equipped with a number of quality testing equipments such as hardness tester, gear lead & involute tester, CNC electro generator and gear tester (Osaka). Our in-house chemical and metallurgical lab with complete equipments, makes our quality testing process complete. All these meticulous process ensure the manufacturing of only the best quality products that are durable, long lasting as well as cost effective.

Our Setup

Some of the machines that we use in the process include CNC turning machines, CNC gear hobbers, CNC gear shapers, CNC cylindrical grinders, chamfering & deburring machines, milling machines, heat treatment machines (SQF, GCF), etc. We are also equipped with a self contained tool room for manufacturing jigs, fixtures and gauges.
